By accessing the Online Badge Designer platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and BlazeApps. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

Online Badge Designer offers a comprehensive suite of tools and services, including but not limited to:

Custom design creation for event badges using pre-defined templates and tools.
Downloadable designs in PDF and other supported formats.
Subscription-based services providing access to advanced features, premium templates, and priority support.
Printing and physical delivery of badges upon request.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any of the services offered, temporarily or permanently, without notice.

3. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of unauthorized account activity.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account and agree not to:

Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates intellectual property rights.
Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security measures.
Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Our platform offers tiered subscription plans, each with unique features and benefits. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Recurring Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled.
Billing Information: You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account settings at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy: Refunds for subscription fees are issued only for unused portions of a subscription period under specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

All fees for downloadable content, printed badge orders, and subscriptions are outlined during the checkout process. Payments must be made via the supported methods on our platform. You are responsible for:

Ensuring sufficient funds or credit availability.
Paying applicable taxes, duties, or additional charges related to the purchase.

6. Printing and Shipping Terms

For users opting for physical badge delivery:

Accurate shipping details must be provided at the time of order.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or customs.
BlazeApps is not responsible for incorrect shipments due to errors in the information provided by the user.
Claims for defects or damages must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform, its software, templates, and branding are proprietary to BlazeApps and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant BlazeApps a limited, royalty-free license to use this content strictly for the provision of services. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform assets is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlazeApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

Loss of data or profits.
Errors in printed designs or templates.
Delays or interruptions in service.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform for violations of these terms or misuse of the services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States.
